Senior citizens sometimes have difficulty finding a living facility that meets their needs, provides a fun, loving environment, and fits within their budget. We’ve had the joy of working alongside an agency that helps seniors find the living facility they’ve been hoping for.

However, the agency was experiencing challenges in reaching seniors in need of their services. They knew digital advertising was the answer, but they were unsure about strategy. Working through one of our agency partners, we were happy to assemble our team and deliver a plan.

After meeting with the client and understanding their services and their target audience better, we developed a geographically and demographically targeted campaign on Meta utilizing a combination of video and image ads. In an attempt to make lead generation as streamlined as possible, we opted for lead ads. We integrated their Meta Ads campaign with Zapier to send the lead notifications to the client by email to allow for fast follow-up. In addition to capturing basic contact information, we also included answers to several prequalifying questions to help the client prioritize leads.

After a few weeks of launching the campaign, the leads started coming in, and, soon thereafter, seniors started moving into living facilities that checked all their boxes!

Challenge :

  • The client had difficulty connecting with seniors online.
  • The client had tried digital ads in the past, but the average cost / lead was too high.
  • Identifying prospects who had the financial means and the immediate need for placement, was very challenging.

Our Solution :

  • We launched a low-budget, highly-targeted Meta Ads campaign utilizing both Facebook and Instagram ad placements.
  • We opted for Meta lead forms which would allow the prospect to fill out the form right from the ad – eliminating the extra step of taking the prospect to the client’s site in order to convert. 
  • Integrating Zapier with our campaign allowed the client to receive the leads in real-time which allowed for fast follow-up. 

Campaign Results :

  • After a few months, the client was receiving leads at a an average cost of $27 / lead.
  • Roughly 40% of the leads were qualified leads (they had an immediate housing need and were financially qualified).
  • Over a 5 month span, the client spent $2500 on Meta Ads and generated $12,253 in closed revenue. 490% ROAS.
